If you are a customer of a bank other than Nordea we ask you to return the authorisation form to your own account branch.

Direct debit becomes valid as of the invoice for which the authorisation has time to take effect. Check from the next invoice that the direct debit has become valid. You will have the invoice 8 days before the due date at the latest.

As of 15 August 2008 you will get the Loyal Customer benefits and offers with this card. Also, the use of Stockmann MasterCard is inexpensive. It is not charged an opening fee or annual fee.

Must I be Nordea's customer to get Stockmann MasterCard?

Getting Stockmann MasterCard does not cost you anything, and it is not charged an opening or annual fee. You only pay for the credit you use.

Yes, you can monitor your Stockmann MasterCard balance, purchases and withdrawals in real time in Nordea's Netbank. You can also change the invoice due date, change the monthly instalment percentage and choose two instalment-free months a year. If you are a new customer, you get the Netbank access codes for free for one year. You can get the codes at a Nordea branch.

Can paraIlel cards be linked to a Stockmann MasterCard?

Yes, all family members who are 15 years of age can have a parallel card for free.
